I won’t ever retire and I do not want to. I may retire from one profession to something else, but I’ll continue to work until I can no longer. Man is meant to work, but work wasn’t meant to be drudgery. Work now sucks because of the fall of man. We will be working in heaven, but it won’t be menial, dull, or burdensome.

Working on it, retired 30 so far because I got a late start, probably still worth about half of its original value. Like it has been said, it's not meant to be your sole income until SS kicks in, and even both combined are far from what is needed to live comfortably today.
